4:55 - "In Columbus, we didn't play the obvious punk rock club, Staches, we played a deli basement." It's called Bernie's and it's the only real punk rock venue left in Columbus. When Beck and the Flaming Lips toured in 2004 they played the Wexner Arts Center across the street and he mentioned on stage how he played the deli across the street back in the day. I would have given ANYTHING to be there to see Beck. My band has played there a million times. It's such a fucking shit-hole.

quite timely for me. Beck has invaded my psychee for 10 years but lately I have been thinking of giving the finger to my rock n roll singer. So I listened to Mellow Gold all weekend and then found this ultimate guide to Loosers series that has me climbing high to the garbage-pail sky which makes me fell just like a giant dilldo crushing the sun!!
