It's actually still there, but it is in VERRY bad condition.

@ueki905 they no longer race on the banking due to the deaths and frequent injuries. the track is described as a hybrid of a road course and a super-speedway

A 30 degreees banking was been combined with an elevation change - so the cars dropped down into this banking, unlike other banked corners, where the car needed to climb up into the banking

Fuji's original plan was a superspeedway with a road course in the infield, but the money ran out.

i knew about it but thats the first time i've seen the now removed banking at fuji, i've never known it so i can't really miss it.

It wasn't totally removed. They have left a section as a "30 degree Bank Memorial Park".
