I like the surf music and spanish banks is the beach to go to if you want to skimboard other than white rock beach. thx

I'm not a fan, water is brown dirty and cold... and the garbage and tanker barges ruin whatever view you may get.
They were asking +11 million for a small beachfront lot! one house looked good and was right next to a park. Overall too much for too little.
I wouldnt mind exploring those shallow waters but i'm thinking visibility is very poor.
