Maul and dooku, the ones in the movies are weaklings, so as malak and bane. King adas should be #1 he was the first sith and had no lightsaber, just an axe and the force. He dominated planets with just a pack of animals and himself.

In Star Wars Dark side source book Marka Ragnos is more powerful then Sidious. Marka has 10fp and 32Dp. Sidious is 5fp 30Dp....look it up and its Canon...
