I laughed at the SAW II and I think III commentary when Leigh mentions they said they "need more doll" in those as well...

But...they did do that false scare thing in Saw II when Daniel and Amanda were talking on the stairs, and the black guy (can't remember his name) just pops out and says that they found a way out :p
