I feel sorry for DS developers (or DS3 devs only) it used to be good game...(ds1 still is, ds2 less but still fine) what's coming next i rather dont want to know...step backwards, lack originality. :S

@sideford Right its a total waste of money if you aree really into DS1 & DS2, it really took a leap downward, the best freakin part about those first 2 were that fact that your character was totally YOUR CHARACTER...lol.

@sideford Now I really knoow what makes a great game...one that allows the player to design or customize their characters to their interest, with very few limitations, but has a balanced class system to the whole gaming experience...ya know every character is unique and has its place but no one is able to blame the game makers for their downfall for the simple fact that "it is self built" meaning your downfall or success lies with you" and you only...ya know.

@sideford allowing a person to have that sort of freedom within an open world game is the key to success, if your game is not open world and doesnt have a self character customization/build system than you are on the road to "DEAD END" lol.

What the H is happening to the character selection in games? The first two you could select a type and what they could be. I was considering buying this game because of the compatibility issues with the previous version, but I'll just wait for Diablo 3 now since Diablo and Dungeon Siege seem to be trading out character selection options.
