@Drakulbites No, there's a limit at ~125 years, caused by the apoptosis. At every cell division, there's a certain loss of DNA, named telomere shortening. At this point, you can't improve life duration with better nutrition, health care etc.

So if you want to live longer, get longer telomeres :D
