Depends on the geometry. If you compare scott to trek top model Foil vs Madone 6.9 you will see that TREK H1 56 is almost the same as 54 with 1cm top tube difference. Trek is 56 while 54 foil is 55. For you toptube 56cm is OK 58 will give you relaxed ride and not agressive fit. I ride 56 Trek madone and I am 5 8" with 85cm 33.4 inch inseam. Long arms. hope this helps

Nice girl. Notice the comfy 45 degrees forward position of her back when on the bike. It diminishes pressure from your spinal discs & butt by sharing part of the body weight with your arms thus improving your front wheel steering traction. An upright position is definitely not a good one.
I like to use lupe for a comfortable ride :D
