What a lead tone Dimebag had. It's one of the only ones I can remember that actually rivals EVH's lead tone on Fair Warning. Not just the tone, but the playing as well.
@Davidguitarify True,Pantera are the kings of metal. Period. But I think Damageplan is more versatile with their sound and are a lot more refreshing. It's nice and heavy where it needs to be, but also melodic and flowing. Thats why Damageplan is baddass. It all depends on what sound your looking for though.

@Davidguitarify True,Pantera are the kings of metal. Period. But I think Damageplan is more versatile with their sound and are a lot more refreshing. It's nice and heavy where it needs to be, but also melodic and flowing. Thats why Damageplan is baddass. It all depends on what sound your looking for though.
