aww...well I sympathize with the people who love the adopted children but the adopted agencies here are playing with people's emotions...this is not fair for not only the people who adopt them but for these children's family too especially the children involved. I've seen the more extensive story on 48H, and they didn't snatch the children. The birthparents have actually agreed to send the children to America for education and live with a 'foster' family, with the promise that they would come back when they are 18. Which is in a twisted sense correct, since at 18, they can decide whether they want to return to Samoa. The parents who gave back the child, they divorced, so there was more to the story than the little girl's happiness. Sad stories anyway.

Thanks for the video CPS! Where I draw th line in the sand is that biological loving parents/children should never have their fundemental rights stepped on. The adoption Agency and all of it's employee should all be doing hardtime for a long time and examples and precedents have to be made. I'm happy that the fake mom was a nice fake mom.

This all started with an incredibly evil, corrupt, vicious, bully - who was also a child abuser and a lesbian (her girlfriend was the secretary for some national children's organization)- Tann was in it for the money and the sadistic power: check out the story of Georgia Tann. That will give you an idea of the incredibly evil roots of adoption.

This is a clear cut legal area but a very difficult moral issue. If someone steals your car and someone else buys it, the owner who was ripped off for money for a car that was stolen don't get the right to visit the car they've fallen in love with. I know it's a poor example but I think the illegitimate family should just let the little girl go and cut off ties, otherwise it will forever cause a strain in the two families.
