Nice place. I stay there whenever i'm in Destin on business. Don't expect lavish extras but if you just want somewhere in a great location this is the place. Especially for the money. Their rates rarely spike above $100 even during the busy season. Its within walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants including Destins best AJ's right next door. Yet its still quiet and even a room "city view" is still quiet. I highly recommend for the price and location.

MY HUSBAND WANTED TO STAY AT WHAT I CALL A ROACH MOTEL AND FOR $20.00 DOLLARS MORE A NIGHT WE STAY HERE. FREE BREAKFAST AND ON FRIDAYS AT CHECK IN WE HAD FREE CHAMPAIGNE. IN THE MORNING WE HAD ARE COFFEE OVER LOOKING THE HARBOR WE DIDN'T WONT TO LEAVE. WAS WORTH THE MONEY!!
