Hey, i'm intested in djing a new way, and i think the apc40 is the key to it, atleast for me. but it seemed like you were using ableton AND traktor. how do you do this?

Hi,

of course you could do it all with the APC but sometimes you need more functions at the same time without switching in banks.

regarding the xone: watch out for the new NI controller.

but be aware that the xone has 4 fader and the NI doesn´t.

it all depends on your needs.

he needs it because the xone 1d midi controller controls traktor and the akai apc40 controls ableton

@gerarldlee @gerarldlee U can control traktor with apc 40 more than x one 1d. u can use apc 40 to control 4 deck and all effect to. i use apc 40 to control traktor

This set up is incredible. Do you have a tsi file for mapping the apc40 with Traktor?  would the new traktor kontrol coming out in february work in place of the xone? You have really inspired me to start learning to dj!!!
