If I'm not mistaken, the black Cadillac in the back is a 1959 Cadillac Brougham. That is is actually as rare if not more than the Biarritz. Must of been a sight to see though.

THIS SUCKER IS BEAUTIFUL! YOU'RE A LUCKY GUY! HOW DARE CADILLAC COMPARE THE NEW ONES WITH THESE CLASSICS.. I HAD A FEW CADDY'S MY SELF. REALLY MISS THEM. YOUR VIDEO BRINGS BACK SO MANY MEMORIES, THANKS.
I believe there are 430 accounted for 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz convertibles of the 1320 GM produced. This makes them a very rare car and they are worth $125,000 and up. There still have to be some hidden away in barns. These are the most opulent and overdone but AWESOME cars ever produced!!

well it is a really big and popular car show (largest classic car show in Canada in fact) thus there are lots of people, thus people talking will be a factor, and i can't do much about that, besides these videos are like a virtual car show experience for many on here, thus background noise is all part of the experience, but i hope you still enjoyed the video, and i invite you to subscribe to my channel, and don't let the talking put you off to these videos,
The 62 and 63 (DeVille) series had the option of the "Q" engine in 1959 and 1960. It is a Rochester triple barrel carburetor- AKA the Tripower engine. The purpose of the 3 carburetor set up was to give the car extra horse power over the standard engine. The Eldorado series 64 Seville and Biarritz had the Tripower standard. Many 4 door Fleetwoods had the same option and I believe the same with the Eldorado Broughams. The V's in the lower tail housings represent a car with Tripower,
@windwmx78 thanks for that info and thanks for commenting! one of the reasons i post this videos on here, is to not only share these vintage and classic vehicles, but to educate people about them, as if no one learns about these vehicles, then how can i expect anyone from my generation to understand and respect these machines
u know with the 1959 cadillacs some d not have the "V" on the things that look like rocket ship exhausts, like in the very beginning of the pink 1 where u can clearly see the2 Vs on it. what are the specific models that had the Vs? i know they stand for a better engine i believe but which models are they?
@64miguel i believe windwmx78 has just posted a comment explaining the "V" meaning, and thanks for posting this, as i have never really noticed this before!
you own that red 1952 Ford COE? if so look in my videos, i got it on video as well, unless you were parked in front of the big red '52 Ford COE?, and it sure was a fun day, and the Amphicars are amazing to watch in action, i can only imagine riding in one! and thanks for the comment! :)
My uncle had a '61 Eldorado. It was black. Man, that thing was at least 20 ft. long with huge fins. Not quite as big as the Eldorado's but big just the same. It had a white interior with black cloth inserts and little gold flecks. Beautiful car. When I turned 16 in 1965 he used to let me drive it when he came out to the house.
@johnnynocaster thanks for the comment, and sharing, and i can only imagine driving one of these machines! i was born in 1989, thus i never got the chance to see these cars in there prime, just at car shows, or rarely on the street, but thanks for sharing! :)

Nice cars, Brent! The ultimate expression of rocket and fin! I agree that for me, the red model would be the one to choose...if you want something this far out, might as well go for something that will REALLY get you noticed! :)
yep! these cars really stood out! also i got that one turquoise green Amphi car on video (you did too), i will post it this Sunday, as i try to get a new car show video up every Sunday, and so far i have been able to stretch the videos from the June car show! the main reason i release one video a week from the show, is many people get over run by new videos from all there subscriptions, thus if i did a massive upload of them all back in June, then many of my subscribers would have missed my videos
also i think the red one was a favorite with more than just me and you, as you can see the auto-paparazzi were there in full force snapping pictures! and me shooting video! and a few pictures!! i guess even cars have to deal with there popularity much like people! lol lol and as always thanks for the comment Jack!
well i just love that era, the back end looks like a jet plane or some kind of rocket ship, with big thrusters and the era was really about being over the top on a number of things, and i still think the best automotive interiors came out in the 50's compared to the 80's and 90's bland gray plastic, blah! i hate boring 80's and 90's and early 2000's interiors, some auto makers are trying to improve interior styling and materials, which is great, thanks for commenting! :)
thanks Rebelstang, i am working on some face to face videos as well, that will touch on a wide range of things, from politics to the dam "GREEN" movement that is on the march to destroy our way of life
This happens to be one of two of my favorites from the 50's. Yes only two! And i like the one like this '59 with the auto-matic dimming feature, which is that big thing sitting on the dash. Thanks Brent. -BOGAR!
glad you liked the video, personally the 50's are my favorite automotive decade! there is just something about all the chrome and the rocket jet age styling! and the tu-tone paint jobs! the '57-'59 Ford Skyliner's are another personal favorite of that decade, same with the '55-'57 T-Birds, but then i pretty much like everything that came out in the 50's, but then that is just one decade, and i also like many more decades, and thanks for the comment BOGAR
yep they sure are, there my favorite year of Caddy, the Coupe versions have a nice profile also, and those fins are something else! i hear Ralph Nader really attacked the fins of the 50's stating they were hazards?? and if he had it his way it would have been mandatory to torch all 50's and early 60's tail fins off!!!! but then Nader is a bit of a radical, sure safety was a concern, but he went to far, and thus the start of the decline of style in the automotive world came about in the 70s
@BRENTHENRY1989, yeah the fins of the Cadillac of before and the unique styling they still hold to a degree even today.......Just Make you say "Its A Cadillac!" And no doubt! There an American Icon. The 50's in General are not my Favorite car era, thats why there is only two i like. But yes indeed, the 1958 Buick special and the 1959 Cadillacs are so Beautiful!! And the fins, well......im speachless. LaTeRz, -BOGAR!
if i remember correctly my Dad's father had a '58 Buick Special, i will have to dig into that from other family members as he past away back in '95 from prostate cancer
yep there my favorite year of Caddy, 1959, and i think its reached cult status, much like the '57 Chevy and the 1960's Mustangs and DeLoreans of the 1980s, cars often get cult status from Movies or TV, as generations get to fall in love with these classics every time they watch these cars in the films and shows they were in, also i have a diecast 1:24 scale '59 white Caddy convertible and a diecast 1:21 scale of the '59 Caddy Ghostbusters Ambulance, and thanks for the comment! :)
no i haven't been out at his farm, but i have gone past his farm countless times over the years as that is a popular way to get to one of our local beaches called Grand Bend, that area is a cottage area, with a beach type main drag going to a beach off Lake Huron, but i seen his concrete building for many years as it was a odd looking building to look at when looking at the scenery as a child growing up, so i guess i got to see Davids farm before it even got famous, and way before Youtube
