  • if you combine tool and boredom... you get this

  • It makes it sound like the guy who's tripping out on the hospital bed is thinking about extradimensional beings.

  • that was pretty cool. Could really make the mash up work if u tone down the static stile sound from Faap and just combine the drums and crazy talk.

  • if you combine the dark side and anakin skywalker you get darth vader!

  • wow we have some deep comments here..lol

  • If you combine an old comment and an old comment, you get an old comment.

  • If you combine a fist to your face, you get...Tellytubbies

  • Its actually pretty cool that songs match up, but Maynard stated that any of this is coincidence and was no way intentional.

  • if u combine yellow and blue, u get green.

  • @badreligionbomb calm the fuck down. it's true that they aren't deep...at least not as deep as the dildo up you ass

  • Of Course it's no Coincidence, In an intervew One guy asked TOOL if they did it accidentally &They said, Oh Of Course not!

Do you already realized about that?

I see you took your time xD

Oh jesus, i love that Guys ;3♥

  • this sounds like a mash of shit... I love how idiots try and pull deeper meanings of Tool songs... grow up ffs.... its idiotic... they arent that deep, faggots

  • @badreligionbomb Why does this anger you?

  • @badreligionbomb Deeper than Your Moms AssHole & I'd Say Thats Pretty Deep Considering She Shit You Out.... "Apparently Not Open Minded Enough to Even Speak of Such Bands"

  • Wow love it

  • OOOWWW IT ALL MAKES SENSE . Kippenvel

  • ahhh best thing you could do is take some acid and watch tool vids all night xD fuck yeah such more meaning to it all =') screw the beatles i love tool

  • @Captain6Lucifer or , listen tool all night. then take acid, and experience life like they also know it can be excperienced. I mean while listening tool there is no need for drugs anymore, they are the Special spectrum glasses you put on. What i do want to do is take acid at a tool concert, It's a dream . To see the music , and maynard's emotions the bands emotions the vibe.

I am so sober right now.

  • And if you mix a cone, hose, bottle, water and some drugs, you become as fucked up as you are. Man, you can do this with any song. Hendrix use to do this all the bloody time. Speed thing up and slow them down then put them together again. This is now new but if thats what Tool has done here, it sounds good. Just as good as the drugs you're on ay?

  • This one was intentional. Its very obvious.

  • Green Ham and Eggs????

  • ...youll get a new song, Faiip de Keys mwahahahaa

  • Is there somewhere you download these songs?

  • @sealjeremy It's called buy the cd for 7 bucks at your local cd store.

  • hm this is interesting...i wonder if all of tool's none-songs are sposed to be combined in some way to reveal a new experience

  • They def did this on purpose good call man.

  • The lost key to the 13th door

  • i actually just heard r.stoned last night while mescalinizing my mind and actually thought about a combination of these two trax here...thankyou for uploadin this its close to wat i imagined lol

  • What is this wacky wacko stuff? Let's combine Lateralus and Baby Hit Me One More Time. I'm sure Tool also figured out that would be amazing!!!!! <3 <3 <3

  • Wings Pt. 1 and Pt. 2 combined is pretteh crazeh.

  • try combining 10,000 days with viginti tres followed wings for marie (just notice that 10,000 days lasts exactly the same as does viginti tres + wings for marie)

  • hey.. everyone gets curious and soon enought you start craving for more tool..

  • i was doubting this to be legit, until the song finished as soon as the dialoge came in at lost keys

  • Fap the keys

  • holy shitballs that's perfect.

  • The cool thing is, before having watched this, my friends and I threw around some ideas about making three little movies that would fit in together and use the audio to Faap de Oiad, Lost Keys and Rosetta Stoned, and they'd follow one storyline. Turns out they most likely do! This just gives me more ideas about how to do these now.

  • black

    then

    white are

all you will see for ever.

  • lovely

  • LoL This is pretty fucking unbelievable.

It's like in Faap he gets abducted than he wakes up in hospital , the doctor start questioning him about what happend and in rosetta stoned he explains what happend.

    Pretty fucking mindblowing.

Yes. I know that the recording from Faap was was just a prank from Art Bell Radio show.(even though their server crashed with n explanation)but man....doesn't tool know how to make a good fucking story?

    =))

  • combine LSD with DMT, Too much Weed and Too much Time on your hands and you get some idiot making a Tool Song Salad That's just... stupid, if your gonna do this come up with something interesting, cuz... WTF is this supposed to mean??

I am a huge Tool Fan, But this is Retarded! At least the Fibinaci connection with Lateralus made sense and took some brains and talent to figure out and explain.

Don't ruin the message and music of the Greatest Rock Band Ever..by twisting it into B.S. Like This!

  • @PowerBeliever agreed

  • what the fuck is this shit? it sounds like somone's taking a shit!

  • What songs did you use ?

  • @metalman664 if you paid attention for about 7 seconds you might have caught it

  • its the start to rossetta stoned. ol' mates been hospitalised. and rossetta stoned is his story. you know when the dr trys to talk to him and asked whats happened....

  • ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

  • I wish I could speak with tool over the phone and ask him some things about what he knows because he has had time to find all this info and he should know about the lifting of the vail in the coming year we are liveing in the greatest time of human history

  • Was half expecting to rick rolld lol

  • @retardguitarist ditto

  • @retardguitarist yeah same, i just got rick roll'd when some absolute douche posts a vid saying new tool song called the lift

  • Holy fuck! I just got goose bumps! THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ME!

  • i did too.

  • Genius

  • It's like a DMT trip jigsaw puzzle!

  • Strange how Faaip ends right before the doctor nurse talk begins.

  • If you combine eggs and bacon you prepared your breakfast

  • @zirelon hahahahahahahahahaha

  • @zirelon hahahahahahahahah

  • I love you man.

    That's genius, thanks a lot

  • Regardless of the theory's that combining songs from this album are true or not, 10,000 Days alone is a masterpiece and for those of you that think differently, study Chakras, Watch 2001: A Space Odyssey or keep listening to crybaby rock on the radio because you'll pry never "get it".

    Peace from Iowa.

  • so is rosetta stoned supposed to be the area 51 caller after he goes to the hospital and describes what he saw??

  • @uuummmscruff his DMT trip

  • genius!

  • type c2c area 51 caller...thats where the audio comes from

  • many songs off 10,000 days are like this

  • Great job. I think it would make a better impression if Lost Keys would be a little more silent, mora of a background during fiaap, so that we would hear the Stressed Guy speak a bit more clear. And then the actuall nurse-doctor talk.

U think you could do that like this ? GJ.

  • Wow, that was really awesome. Hey, does anyone remember that easter egg for "Lipan Conjuring" where the guy reverses one track and layers it over another, and then layers a few and reverses a couple, and he calls Lipan Conjuring an 'infinite' song or something? And he explains it the whole time with text on the video, and in the end he does this really cool one and let's it end with video footage of an eagle soaring through the desert. I REALLY wanna find that one again..

  • A lot of writers--take Ayn Rand for example--create characters, then create a "new" character by taking the older one and tweaking him slightly. I think this is what Tool did here, and it's brilliant. That's what I love about Tool--they're artists. Not just in a musical way, but they merge different mediums of art.

  • And this is why Tool is one of the best bands ever created in mankind history... they trip you out in a creative manner that never fails... Unless you listen to the whole Opiate CD then that's a different story

  • isnt maynard just so manly! i hope it sucks you down!

  • You can convert thiss or any youtube video to an mp3 at ezmp3grab..com

  • nice combination, but^^ tool is art^^ so the original will always be my favorite!

  • thats just noise :(

  • Every time I hear Lost Keys, I think of Chase from House.

Then I think of hot Australian accents.

  • Excellent timing with the speech transitions. On another note, why the hell does the doctor have an Aussie accent? Eh, I guess it's not a big deal Aussies can become docs in the states too.

  • Aggiungiamoci anche Rosetta Stoned alla fine del tutto, visto che ci siamo.

  • These songs dont match up at all. I want my 4:01 back

  • Yeah, if you combine Pink Floyd's The Wall with the movie One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest - it fits perfectly.

  • @Neurotripsicks or the old wizard of oz

  • If I combined shit, fur, and brains, I would have exactly what you have!!

  • @aojigman you sir, are a genius.

  • If I combined shit, fur, and brains, I would have what you have!!

  • oh my god. holy shit

  • i think well find a lot more tool songs like this. i always thought a lot of them sounded strangely familiar, but unique in their own

  • A better hidden track of theirs in my opinion is towards the end of track 9 on the Salival album. This track has become to be know as "Maynard's Dick".

  • fits perfectly.i could feel the connection.nice work..wonder when and if the next album will even be created let alone released

  • anyone try mixing " (-) ions " with it? or maybe " cesaro summability " in with it??

  • gives me a headache tbh

  • FUCK!

  • This is hidden? i have it

  • makes me feel wierd

  • mm maybe audio art but music.....i dont think so n i like Tool so just b4 u whine at me dont 4get 2 jog on

  • not even horror, just some raw abstract voyeurism that touches on all things encompassed in a cold chaotic seemingly desolate world, human vagabond and self-destructive tendencies. the futiity yet sheer need to push through being an overwhelming state of awareness...wow, wish i knew some writers...

  • how do people find out about these new songs?

  • i put all three, theses two and intension and its much better

  • Damn!! Tool never ceases to amaze me...

  • I guess you have to do what you have to do until the new album comes out. It is always interesting to hear other people's interpretations of TOOL songs. Finding a new way to hear a TOOL song is always good. Lord knows how long we have to wait in between album releases.

  • You dickweed, its not a hidden song, its called 'Intension' from 10,000 days.

  • @undertowaenima Who're you talking to? Surely you don't mean this song..

  • @undertowaenima This is definitely not "Intension". Just thought you should be aware of that before you start calling people dickweeds....

  • @undertowaenima you are one stupid fucker. intension is from 10,000 days. congratulations. now have you ever listened to intension? no. it is completely different. and has a sort of electronic touch to it.

  • @greedbrigand i wonder if intension can combine with -ions? on a side note, if you combine wings for marie with 10,000 days it also makes a super song

  • that was amazing!!

  • boner?

  • @parasiticlittletick yupp. boner

  • Wild how they sink up around the 3 minute mark.

  • fuck yuotube

  • I like it. Actually these songs could have a lot in common. The crazy guy in Faaip de Oiad is probably on a bad trip. The name of Lost keys (Blame Hoffman) probably symbolizes LSD, and Albert Hoffman who discovered thes sick drug.

All in all, now it's even more sick!

  • I'd guess Rosetta Stoned was inspierd by Fiaap, and they just made Lost Keys to expad the story.

Either way, I do like the layering of the intense frantic stantic and drum solo with the calming guitar. It gives of a really unique vibe.

  • @TheSpartan42 i personally belive these song wernt meant to mash together...

But HOLY SHIT, your right fiaap de Oiad and the whole rosetta stone story type songs, they follow a broken story line.

Maybe tool is about the "chosen ones" last hours and how he tried to change the world by telling everyone... But if they believe him yet i dont know in rosetta stoned he kept asking "you believe me dont you" "please believe me" maybe in the next tool album well get the answer

    i am so stoned.

  • @panzer569 cool story bro

  • @panzer569 I don't think the songs are supposed to mesh together either. I think Rosetta Stoned is about psychedelics. How one feels on psychedelics is like this. Going to a place where you can't come back from, at least not in the sense that you could explain to someone, and make them understand, what happened when you got back from the trip, the alternate reality in your mind. It just doesn't translate.

  • @panzer569 One of the side effects of psychedelics can be a profound feeling of oneness with all around you. Sort of a heightened awareness that to the "tripper" seems like a deeper understanding of things, but when they come down they can't quite explain it. The title, "Rosetta Stoned", hints at this lack of a way to translate the experience (You need a Rosetta Stone to decipher it, and you were too Rosetta "stoned" to bring the message back).

  • RETARDED

  • COINCIDENCE!!

  • ok this is just fuckin stupid

  • If you read every 4th word in Moby Dick its a message from Venus. BFD

  • what?

  • thats random but if its true thats fucking awesome dude. hahah

  • wow dumbest shit ever who'da thought if you mix two alike time signatures they'd sinc up every now and then jesus christ fucking retards...

  • i think if this was done profesionally it would sound much better

  • Don't get me wrong, I love Tool...

But I'm pretty sure you can take any two songs by any two artists and get the same effect. That effect being... well... just racket.

  • It's more than just racket. The words add up to being related and sync well together.

  • thats just it, if u do all kinds of stuff with tool's albums you'll notice that some song that add up to be a number on the fibonacci sequence on an album will mix if you play the bigger one backwards and shet, its just so odd how they can make an entire album synchronized to itself so that if u just grab a small piece, and another small piece... itll mix!

  • wow this seems like something straight out of a horror movie. i love it

its kinda like faaip is something describing a weird tragedy, cuts suddenly and immediately the text in lost keys starts, with a doctor speaking so its like the "aftermath" or a "3 hours later" type of thing. then the doctor goes to talk to the patient and BOOM ROSETTA STONED STARTS AND SHIT GETS FUCKED UP lol TOOL should definitely make their own horror movie. they definitely have the music for it,it would be perfect

  • @FLIPPITYFLOOP That description just gave me goosebumps...

  • @A7XLicksMyNuts your welcome :)

  • @FLIPPITYFLOOP this horror you speak about is closer to reality then you may be willing to imagine

  • @3rdeyeful fuck yeah

  • @3rdeyeful you are not capable of imagining because there is nothing to be compared as single humans have lived... i guess?

  • @3rdeyeful u know...ur probably right, in some cases. not all reality is like that, but ya some of it is

  • @FLIPPITYFLOOP @IASAROUSI what i meant by this is the universe is a brutal impersonal place. life is raw, we try to dress it up and sterilize it, but shit, look at nature. its eat or get eaten. we have trouble seeing things on the larger scale, we as humans are very trapped into our own consciousness and reality. we will find our answers sooner then we may think or hope.

  • @3rdeyeful i see what you mean. the way i see it tho, is that even though thats true, the human race has fucked up reality beyond fixation. the most us sane people could do now is make do with what we have, and still try to enjoy the rest of our lives.

  • @FLIPPITYFLOOP lol right on..or a sci fi epic

  • @FLIPPITYFLOOP adam jones is unbelievable with the stock motion stuff aswell, so it could be possible, we all just have to pray aha

  • @FLIPPITYFLOOP naah

  • @iWentToNam how would you picture it?

    legit asking, no sarcasm

or was the "naah" for Tool writing music to a horror movie?

  • cool...should've continued with roseta stoned

  • Thats where the faceless got the intro for planetary duality part one from. Cool.

  • interesting

  • I think it's interesting that Faaip de Oiad's text exactly ends where the doctor / nurse dialogue of Lost Keys (Blame Hoffmann) begins... When I first listened to Faaip de Oiad in Lateralus I was wondering about the long silent pretime (2:10). I think they exaggerated with the "swoosh - effect", didn't they? Now I think it could make sense if you know that Rossetta Stoned coming after Lost Keys is about strange aliens too.

  • what dis track called? Cool illustration.

  • blew my fuckin mind

  • Wow, I was like okkkk...... Then faaip de oiad ended and

  • this is actually a really good combination. faaip always freaks me out and lost keys makes me feel.......... comfortable i guess but both of them at the same time is a pleasure to my ears

  • They have triangulated. Stallion trigligly.

  • wow, not bad at all man, whether intended or not that is fucking cool

  • the radio show is called "coast to coast a.m." and is a radio show on the a.m. bandwidths dedicated to paranormal investigations. oddly enough, the dj, art bell, lost transmission of the whole radio show at the very end of the guy's statement. also, five years later, on the anniversary of the prank call, the radio show went dead during almost the whole broadcast when it was announced they would replay the man's phone call.

  • fascinating, absolutely fascinating. I don't think that it was a coincidence.

  • the guy talking was a "joke" on an old radio station, he called in 3 days later after, (literaly) the raido stations signal god "jamed" (which, let me tell you, is very difficult to do to one freq) right at the end of the "message" quite frankly i think his "appology" 3 days later is a bunch of bs

  • Agreed, the apology was most likely the fake. There is no lie in his voice.

  • i heard that if you just take every tool song and sync them up and play em all at once that you trip so hard that you end up thinking your a glass of orange juice in the psych ward.

  • hahahaha that iis something me and my friends would say

  • it works, but faaip de oaid is about area 51 and lost keys about a hospital...

  • AREA 51 IS THE HOSPITAL FOR ALIENS. hahaha people taking it a lil too serious

  • Lost Keys is the intro to Rosetta Stoned that is about Area 51 aswell

  • do none of you get it, the lyrics in faaip de oaim are talking about aliens landing, whats rosetta stoned about? ALIENS, it fucking works im tellin ya

  • lost keys ending conversation starts rosseta stoned could it also end faaip de oiad a song from a previous album with a completely different meaning who knows with tool

  • faaip de oiad or what ever its called is kinda scary. After that, lost keys sounds like a soap opera. I really don't get this. Its probably just you with too much time on your hands!

  • way to think INSIDE the box ;)

  • faaip de oiad is a clip featured on a radio show and he called back saying that he was faking and did other imitations of people.

  • Intensional....I think so. There are other songs by this band you can do the same with. Very clever. I'll assume you know about re-tracking Lateralus (Lateral-Us) using the Fibonacci Sequense? Quite interesting to say the least.

  • haha this is pretty funky :D

i dont care if it was intentional or not, sounds awesome :)

    tool ftw

  • i don't think really any of these "secret" tool songs are actually intentional. All of them sound kind of crappy. This one is so far the only one i've liked, but i still don't think it was intentional.

  • well done! faap de oiad speech stop just before the conversation if lost keys, it make perfect sense.... never noticed this one before, thanks a lot man!

Check out my vids for more secret songs

  • and what is the new song? faaip de oiad stops in the middle... thats stupid... i know if you play lipan conjuring in 8 different ways... watch the video of

    Tool primo gradus part 2

  • of all of the "hidden track" clips on youtube with tool's music the is probably the one that was actually intended by the band, although interesting story for those of you who haven't read the revolver issue about tool: the strange feedback noise on faaip de odad was occuring for no explained reason in the studio one night as danny was there. he thought it sounded cool so he hit record on the soundboard. It then came to that sudden stop on its own. they later added the rest to the track.

  • you just wasted twenty dollars.

  • lol this song sounded disturbing but somewat good

  • that makes perfect sense! rosetta stoned recounts the guys alien experience after the doctor tells him to tell him all about it.

  • yeah that's pretty wild. especially considering faaip de oaid has some dude talking about aliens and area 51 then rosetta stoned is about a dude who thought he was abducted by aliens cause he was so fucked on acid. this one actually makes sense.

  • Faaip de Oiad has the dude from that Art Bell Show episode.

  • dmt not lsd

  • actually it is acid, the subtitle to lost keys is (blame hofmann)

a reference to albert hofmann--thus its LSD
