i actuall remember hearing this song in a trailer for the show conviction a number of years ago, which ended up being a huge flop, but at least it introduced me to this song

I'm not trying to be confrontational, but I'm very disappointed to see comments where people chastise others for discovering a song on TV or whatever. Why is that a bad thing? Be happy that great music like this is getting noticed! Don't be snobby! I've discovered a bunch of amazing songs from television, movies, and even commercials. To quote the Doobie Brothers, "Listen to the Music!" :) Sorry! I had to get that off my chest! Great song, and great show! They both put a smile of my face!

@TicTacsOrange thanks so much for saying what i've felt forever! i cant imagine why it wouldn't be celebrated that such great music gets exposed to the masses, rather people would have it be enjoyed by a select few. Good music isn't whats appreciated by a few "cool" kids who happen to know it, its music that can hit a chord with people from many different walks of life.

when I heard this song on parks and recreation I literally freaked out and started singing along because I mean what could be better? one of my favorite songs + one of my favorite shows = pure.joy.<3333
