He can be quite authoritarian, for instance. Like when Johnson asked him to direct the teamwork on Project Zeus and Mark just insulted everyone and treated them like shit.
Went mad with Power. As you can see throughout the series he's always saddled down by insecurity and self loathing. I think that was the one minor time he felt in controll of something...then, for a bit when he got promoted and when he was about to get intimate with Dobby.
Outside of that, Mark almost always gets the short end of the stick which irritates me. Whenever Peepshow has it's Final season I hope he comes up Roses.
Jeff isn't so bad... He's a bit of a dick but if you think about it Mark comes across much worse.
