@the7thchambers sorry to respond so late because i just watched the video but i saw that nobody replied. your springboard is turned off. go into winterboard and find settings then press springboard, it should say off but after you touch it you will turn it on..hope this helps!!

iNav themes are the freaking best, but they require a hell of a setup.

AppMan from Multitouchfans made a them called Zune HD ultimate.. its the freaking best theme ever, you gotta take a look at it

@bizcitboi i already tried it, it requires a crapload of blank icons, BUT there is actually an Iconoclasm layout to make life much easier, although Iconoclasm + infiniboard can cause problems especially in iOS 4 [ Infiniboard doesnt even freaking work in 4.0 :( Mobile Substrate will put you in Safe Mode ]

Still, that Zune HD theme was the BEST, im just waiting for infiniboard to be updated by chpwn so i can get back on that theme :D
