If u watch the Born this Way video anyway, there's a tribute to diff. people who've inspired GaGa and Madonna is one of those among many others. This beat does sound a lot like Born This Way. In my opinion. I LOVE Madonna I will defend her against anything. However, I respect Gaga as an artist and as an inspirations she is to others I figure her work means to others what Madonna's means to me I dont like Gaga's music, But I dont bash on her. It's similar yes, very similar. But every song is similar to another. Just because Gaga's sound is different and sounds more like a legendary song by Madonna doesn't mean she copied it. Born This Way is awesome and so is this. Must be my favorite one by Madonna.

I love Lady Gaga more than anything but it is true that this song really sounds like Born This Way.
