Yeah, that's a good question. I don't think I can find any platform more limited than this, so I guess I'll have to start working my way up towards more powerful hardware again! :)
Maybe you could start with the original, unexpanded Apple II. I haven't seen anybody do any demos on one of those before. That, and while it's still challenging, it's not so limited as to make you want to rip your hair out.
@ShadowOfNoice: How about the Link 480z? We had those at school when I was a kid. I'd love to see what you could squeeze out of that. They were VERY limited machines!
