its a straight up HTC P.O.S, its the slowest phone i have ever even heard of, lags during texting... internet sucks...30$ extra a month....pocket dials 24/7... useless piece if shit
One problem I have with this phone is that the screen will not rotate. It does it every now then and when it wants to but not nearly as much as i would like. Screen rotation is set to auto and i have calibrated it several times. What is my next best option?
@superstarbuttca24 There are two different vibrate settings. One is for the ringer and one is for touchscreen feedback. So if you set the appropriate one, the yes the screen vibratres.
Thanks-I forgot the Voyager was one. Just so you know, about the data plan, You do need it but Verizon Wireless has revamped their pricing. You can actually get a data add on of 25MB/Mo for $9.99 or 75MB/Mo for $19.99. You don't have to pay the Smartphone pricing. This is new pricing for "Enhanced Multimedia Phones".

The only phone that's currently considered an enhanced multimedia phone is the samsung rogue. Unfortunately smartphones all require at least the 29.99 plan.

Verizon Wireless has data plans for smartphones and non-smartphones - they are priced differently. It doesn't make sense, but that's how they do it. They got rid of the vcast vpak that used to include unlimited data for non-smartphones.
Absolutely correct. The next Enhanced Multimedia Phone will be the Chocolate Touch due out Oct 18. The criteria for fitting into this type of phone is that has an HTML Browser, EVDO Rev A, QWERTY keyboard (either physical or on-screen), and launches after September 8th The Dare, Versa and enVTouch have all been grandfathered in.

Yes, you do need a data plan - at least 29.99 per month. The other phone that had mobile tv was the voyager. There was also the samsung u620.
