@Raider014 haha sick! i would sugest watching as many parkour/freerunning videos as you can! i watch quite a few! lol. it helps your flow. also. just work you tricks on the tramp a ton!work on upper body strenght and when you first start, practice more parkour rather freerunning! You will pick it up fast! Keegan
