GREG WELD was the designer/engineer of the original swangers in 1983/1984. We had a shop in 1971 in Houston called JACK'S USA SPEED CENTER off of AIRLINE DR. In the 80's we were getting "swangers" from MR WELD directly. MR DAVIS was selling refurbished Swangers because the originals that EVERYONE had were held together with epoxy. We moved to Austin in the later 80's and became WHEEL & TIRE OUTLET. We are not new to the wheel game as some may think, we know are wheels and we know the history.
