From what I've heard so far (3 clips) I would rate the accuracy of the information at "10". It appears that the audio track was recorded and the images dubbed in later. The video clips of the 'speaker" appear not to be related directly to the audio track, but rather short clips of video were put in to appear to be a live video recording. The speaker obviously has military intelligence experience.
