  • You shouldn't give respect to a person because of the age. you should respect a person for respecting you.

  • 1:00 I think its very important to get your message across by avoiding questions like, WHY? You could have explained trails & how this can create wear down on undesignated paths. Children are allowed to play in their parents grass in many cases. So when we teach, we must unlearn it to learn from ourselves when teaching others. There is no simple answer, Yes & No is not always a solution, as even words like Can,Will,Must are imposing a controlling device. As we look back, we seek an explanaition.

  • This is funny.

  • Very well done! You took an abstract concept and made it understandable for my kids with autism spectrum disorder. Yay! Thanks1

  • @roz805 That's good :D

  • So, from what I understand respect is just another word for being nice? My Dad taught my that respect was fear and love.

  • Re finding this age 19 - I've found info for kids the best when I'm tackling a new understanding!! Re the kid asking to borrow the other kid's supplies - occurred to me a second way for respect in the relationship is for kid with supplies to notice other kid doesn't have any and asking if he wants to borrow (just a thought, but I think a good one.) Your presentation is great - hope lots see it!

  • I wish someone had taught me respect. I'm 19 and I'm just learning this for the first time.

  • cute!

  • Thanks! We used your video at our Welcome Back to School assembly this morning. It was a hit with students and staff. Very well done and with humor, too!
