I know two of the Mummies! and whomever has a problem with the name needs to get a life. These guys are more talented than any other "mummy" band from the past! They also have the best stage presence and really care about the fans!

To me the original Mummies were a 50s rock'n'roll band so I'm guessing the bands that you guys are screaming about were also 'ripoffs', what's more if you really look I bet you'll find 40's or even 30's bands pulling the same schtik. It's just an obvious thing to do. Call yourselves The Mummies then dress up in bandages. The only thing anyone's ripping off is the original movie, now GET A LIFE!!!
