Obama lovers, don't get too excited about having health care, especially with Kathleen Sebelius as Health Secretary. Kathleen Sebelius did a very poor job as Governor of Kansas. She is so bad at governing the state that the people of Kansas will we receiving IOU's instead of a tax refund check, same as the people of California. Hate to bust your bubble but with this woman in charge you might end up getting an IOU for a doctor visit.

What a stupid bitch. I bet she looks stupid now that the Republicans backed down and the Treasurer was proven completely right. Everyone got paid and people will get their refund checks. Because the Republicans try to interfere with the Treasurer's job and basically blackmail him into cutting spending, somehow it is the Treasurer's fault if people don't get paid. No way...
