Its shameful how America treats Fathers. The court system & laws care nothing about Fathers or Children. Its all about money. Pay, Pay, Pay. Child Support, Alimony, court costs, etc.. Just Pay, dont argue. What? you you havent got visitation? Well...set another court date. What? The mother neglects them & uses your support to party & make her truck payment? Just pay you deadbeat. Pay. What? You were laid off? You need a few weeks to find another job...We dont care, find a way to pay

No court, No human has the ability to take my right to my child, and thats a promise. So society can say what ever they want, my child is my child. I will fight for my child, even if it means physically.

crazycatfguy: It is only referred to kidnapping (and I think that is a loose term) if the other parent, as you, in this case, has legal custody, and the other parent takes the child without the courts permission. Right or wrong, that is how it goes. Sad for the children. They didn't get to say, "I want you take me away from my daddy or (mommy) ok."

I have joint custody will full access to him, his schools, medical records etc. I also have a visiting rights plan decided by a Federal judge. In Texas after 3 days it is kidnapping.
