this game was only played a couple of times in early'73 then was appropriately retired, iiit was tweaked and refined and redesigned and returned in late '73 as the game we now know as "Temptation".
This is a STUPID GAME!!!! Its almost played like Temptation but, Temptation is a little harder. It is a hard game to play and I'm glad that this game was retired. I don't think this game was ever played on the Price is Right at all.
Wish Bob had retired in 1973 along with the game. Then maybe he could have enjoyed some free time, instead of having had to work up to the very end. :/
that game really sucked the odds of winning that game are much poorer than any of the games they kept on. I think they probably got pressure from the manufacturers for that one.
I'd like to see Hurdles come back. And I don't understand the bum rap that Mystery Price has gotten over the years. It was relatively easy and had a good win-loss record (11-6), but they canned it.
for each prize there could have been a price display with each prize showing the 8, and asking a 2 or 3.

First of all, do you know what the other pricing games played were and/or the original air date for this episode?
Second, Double Digits was played 5 times between April 20, 1973 and May 18, 1973. It was only won once: on its debut.

That game was bad, but it was revised well into Temptation. i think this was only played once or twice.
