Seriously though, I have to disagree with those who say it's not accurate, I am from South West Wales, near Swansea, have worked with plenty of 'valleys boys', and have relatives from North Wales, and all three accents are pretty close, if not spot on. Gogs is also a very common expression with welsh speakers, as it's derived from the word gogledd (north). I also belive that the gogs, in turn, call us southerners 'hwntws'... no idea where that comes from though

In fact, the #1 question Canadians HATE to be asked while travelling abroad is "so, what part of the States are you from?", rather like the way New Zealanders dislike being asked "where are you from in Australia?" [To me, all of those accents sound quite distinct, though of course there is a lot of overlap.]
