I know the guy who wrote this song. Ron Jones. Check his website out. He wrote music for almost half of the Family Guy episodes, the music and theme song for the Fairly Odd Parents, a couple games for Star Trek Star Fleet Academy.
He arranged some music for the Troopers Drum & Bugle Corps back in '99.
