A Realtor warning people about fraud? I'm sure he is right but it's hard to think of a Realtor trying to help people. I am in the market for a house and have to keep in mind that Realtors are focused on their commission. Any advice should be viewed in the same manner.

Great observations about short sales, Jim...it's tough for consumers to understand what a can of worms these deals are with so many trying to profit from an unfortunate situation. Thanks for keeping us all honest.
