There was no issue with them it was just a new thing Pharrell just now started Solo Production with this and his own Album Chad been remixing since the 90's with an LL Cool J song and Kenna first album. They did have no N.E.R.D. album because Virgin and Interscope. Plus Pharrell lived in Miami and Chad in Viginia Beach.
