Um, its not over reacting. You obviously have no idea how expensive these things are to build/maintain. They are EXTREMELY easy to break if you dont know what you're doing. And thats the least serious issue here. There were people on the track when he pulled that little stunt, its EXTREMELY dangerous. You cannot over-react when lives are at risk.
