Please know that I in no way am bashing flair bartenders, I respect what they do and how much they train for it, and I understand that flair bartending is fun and entertaining but ffs, I go to a bar to get shitfaced, not to be entertained. I'm very glad that there are normal bars and flair bars so I know where I'm going. Sometimes, however I'd go to a normal bar and have some asshole bartender doing tricks with my drink and I just want to say to him "Pour my drink please, I'm dry as a mule here"

Flair bartending is entertaining.... There's very little correlation between flair bartending and actually creating fine cocktails.

You don't go to DisneyWorld to watch a ballet just as you don't go to the ballet to eat funnel cake and be around screaming children.  Both are wonderful experiences, but they are totally different things.... so stop the negative comments... its all in good fun.

I worked in a variety bars including a flair bar for a year. I found the true flair bartenders were actually quite skilled with their mixology and that some of their competitions include a mixology round in addition to flair. They were dead serious about accurate pours, mixology, showmanship, and was lucky to learn just a little from them. It was intimidating going in to work just the 2 days a week that I did

Carmina Burana - Composed by Carl Orff. And has been used everywhere in ads and movies (such as Conan the Barbarian)

The song used in this clip is by ' Apotheosis ', who ripped off the original music illegally and turned it Techno. It was pulled from the shelves about four days after it hit the stores.

I know this cause I own a copy of this CD which is still unopened and in mint condition!

I have posted on exactly 2 videos, i think, and the reason i take offense to calling him "the greatest bartender in the world" is because i KNOW some of the greatest bartenders in the world, and they earned their reputations by inventing great cocktails, mastering the art of mixology and working at some of the most famous bars in the world, not using 'flair' and tricks. These people are great entertainers, and there's nothing negative about that. I just take exception to the headline.
