what's wrong with Vardarska? it sounds like a good name to me. Tito changed the name mostly to combat Bulgarian nationalism that occurs in WWII( giving them a new identity and possibly to annex northern Greece but I think my first explanation is more likely) there independent now, they should go back to there Slavic roots.
