Okay, I'm gonna get so many thumbs down for this one, but... I hardly believe Axel is jealous of Xion. Before he went to C.O. he and Roxas didn't know each other very well. And by the time this scene takes place, he's just found out the truth about Xion. I think that's why he's upset; it reminds him of the fact that Xion can never be whole.
