Hogan's heel turn was more shocking because he had been the fan favorite of pro wrestling for over a decade. So the fans thought the possibly was very unlikely.

Rocks Heel Turn in 03 was GREAT! i feel some people didnt appreciate it am i right? They all worked up over him making films, the man did what could be done in this company and gave us timeless matches. When he became this part time Hollywood character it was awesome. Anyone who gives anytime to travel and do this business for even a year gets my respect, let alone coming back after making it in hollywood. I didnt knock him then or now 2011 return.
