Looks like our cat we adopted. Except ours was uglier. His mouth had frost bite, so his teeth showed all the time. His eyes had problems, and his fur was rough and wiry. But this junk yard cat LOVED people. Particularly my brother and I.

This kitty looks like she needs better food. Coat's a mess and stomach's probably full of hair from licking her back it's missing the undercoat. Don't buy grocery store crap for your baby go buy some better quality dry food like Iams and not canned that just has water added and is no better. You'll see a transformation in a month I promise.

@yetanotheraccount2re i think its not the food. it seem to be like as if the cat is wet most of the time. when cat is wet and it dries up on fur(specially if its his own pee) the hair will form in a spiky shape like this cat him/herself. and some of it will just corrode the skin and leave bald patches. it happened to my cat here in singapore when it got caught by AVA and was put in a cage for a week and he passed away after a few days.

Having a fancy name and not being sold in grocery stores doesn't make Iams better food than grocery store crap. Iams and grocery stores brands all get there ingredients from the same source. Raw diets are THE ONLY correct diets for ALL CATS.

I realise that your comment is rather old, but I feel the need to reply to this. Canned food is always better for a cat than dry food. Cats get most of their water in the wild from the food they eat (small animals contain a lot of water), and because of this, they often get dehydrated when eating only dry food. They are not accurately programmed to compensate for the lack of fluid in their food by drinking more, as this is something a wild cat would never have to do.

Feeding a cat dry food can cause kidney disease because of the lack of fluid in their bodies, and most dry food contains grains and a lot of carbohydrates, which are things that cats would never ingest naturally and that are very bad for them.
