obviously mr PROBLEM 49 is talking out of his arse,for one link wray could not sing thats why he went instrumental.elvis had the best voice ever and was born to rock n roll . so mr problem 49 get a life
@doowopper64 wait a second here, you're talking out your "arse" - 1. Link has several albums that he sings on every track...Link could absolutely sing. 2. Elvis had a great voice but Elvis WAS NOT a songwriter, he was just a performer...whereas Link wrote 90% or so of all the material he ever played. 3. Elvis died in '77, Link passed in '05, maybe Link should tell Elvis to "get a life" since he had one for 30 more years. do your research before you come in and look like an idiot.
Unfuckabilly !

Link Wray always had more pure rock n' roll pizzazz than Elvis Fucking Presley put together!

Thanks for posting.
I met Link Wray at a gig in Copenhagen in 1983.
Nice fellow.

I recommend that you listen to the 1956 version by Elvis in order to compare and contrast.

@emanuel319
Love Elvis too, I'm fanatic about him rs, but this one is better in my opinion

I never heard about this guy before, but now I'm liking a lot. By far is the best version of "My Baby Left Me" I Ever seen.
Wow what a SG guitar tone, the bass grooving a lot, and everything is very simply but perfect.

Is that Jon Paris on bass?

Lucky to see them on this tour, Portland ,OR. Darn good rock and Link had a unique style.

@willtoliv yeah he had a unique style that a thousand guitarists tried miserably to steal.
