Very cool. Seems to flow nicer than the Zi8 can manage by itself. I made a stabilizer for my Zi8 as well, but it's a REAL basic pipe/weight job, and the T-pipe connector's a little crooked and it's only 10 pound weights on it for now, so instead of bouncing, it sways, lol. I'm gonna look up this Protodojo's flip float now.
Good job! Which U-joint / ball socket did you end up using? I see you used a bar to stabilize the vertex bend from the vibrating effect caused the counterweight being on the end of the lower "arc". Nice.
Hello! What did you use for your handle? I've noticed a lot of others using a flash light but this handle looks a bit better.

I ended up using the traxxas villain u joint , it's easier to mount than the 5151
