@xabii22alonsoo It's kinda hard to describe after not playing for a while, but in San Fierro, one of your safe houses is the like gas station near the construction site. Go East of there and head to the docks with the cargo chip. In one of the buildings on those docks the NRG just sits there (its the warehouse with a huge "bowl" inside). You can just take it no problem.
