something odd about that race :/ that other tall man looks much heavier, that would make him slower yet he seemed to catch up so quick, unless senna let him, but they all seemed so quick. crazy race. i still dont get it. : ? must be a game show of some type?, id like to see them race in sennas karts ;P lol.

it was very strange yeah... i'd guess that he was just playing around ... the qualifying lap says it all.. it's probably his first time on that track while they probably know it like the back of their hand, and yet he was > 1 sec faster.. without being at full speed into that first corner... at 4:25 you see how he just flies by em when he wants to and creates a huge gap out of just one corner..

easily toying with those guys. i don't think ppl realize how good senna was in a kart. it was only bad luck that kept him from winning many world karting championships before moving up to cars. he was taking the correct lines but letting off alot. he would win on pure weight alone compared to those guys. argueable one of the greatest karting drivers ever lived. definitely one of the ballsiest!

he's not racing seriously... He was going wide in the last corner almost every lap to let them keep up and keep it interesting and was fooling around with lines. If he kept on the best line for the whole duration, he'd have left them behind, it wouldn't be nearly as close or exciting

Sounds like you're making excuses for him, but it's not necessary. Senna was taking the ideal lines for a quick lap around the circuit, you can tell because that's where all the rubber is laid down. The reason the other two guys are keeping up, is because this is a really simple circuit, and they obviously have quite a bit of karting experience. This isn't anywhere near an F1 car, so you don't have to be insecure and defend your hero, there's really no need.
