  • the best part was coming man

  • mmm rotting flesh

  • damn that looks good!

  • Most likely very delicious! It's obviously dry aged meat, but man it looks like dirty sloppy preparation, and way too heavy on the salt. Obviously, they are not fazed by the unhygienic end of the deal. Oh well, bon appétit!

  • @NothingMaster ya i guess if its good its good. i love aged beef but this just looks like a mess.

  • @NothingMaster Quit your bitch'n and leave your preconceived notions at home. Unhygienic? They know exactly how to prepare aged meat. Too much salt? Cry baby shut the F*** up. Go back to Lone Star.

  • My god, that looks so good! Spain really knows food.

  • cryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDD

  • my concern is the preperation bench he used after he finished cooking the steak.

  • I HUNGRYYYYYY

  • pass!

  • That is their version of our Waffle House

  • wow that looks so good , please can i join the family , they eat for free right .

  • aged beef looks sooo fucken nasty..but god is it sooooo damn good!!!!!!!

  • that's digusting. It's like a rotted corpse

  • Nothing better but a blow job son!

  • York strip king cut! Fuck yah! Thats how i likes it!

  • u ate shit served by spaniard hustlers

  • When you have to hack a steak off with a ax, thats a cut of beef son.I seen this place on Foodnetwork, he has some high profile celebs that fly in just for some of that steak. Andrew Zimmern got a boner over this steak.

  • mate this is bush cook material, not removing the chime bone and using an axe instead of a saw so you get bone shards, a little trimming would be a good idea. you only need a few people sick to close you down. as for the slow cooked comment where did you pull that from?

  • Amazing. But wow that looks like a lot of salt, and interesting how over there they do without black pepper, just rock salt after cooking. I think try should also trim the outer fat just the slightest bit to expose the fresh aged meat and get the mold off

  • @daniel1c I asked about the salt and apparently it is put on during cooking to keep the juices inside the meat. I don't know if or how it works, but they think the salt on the outside closes the meat. I think. Also there is absolutely no salt or pepper shakers on the tables. And they do NOT ask you how you would like it done, there is just one way of cooking it and that is very, very rare. I had to send mine back to be cooked more because the inside was raw.

  • @littleisland1700 It doesn't - they are wrong.

  • @littleisland1700 i would have eaten it raw as it is :) where is that place please?

  • @littleisland1700 How sad - that you sent your perfect steak back to be overcooked! :-(

  • @mickmorrell Yeah, usually I trust that guys of this caliber know what their doing.

  • That looks delicious!!!!

  • @ucmedicine It was amazingly good!!! 1.46 kilos of aged beef!

  • he doesn't trim the mold and rot off of the exterior of the steak?!?!?

  • @BONEKILL666 That's the good part! It was amazingly delicious steak.

  • @littleisland1700 Dont Tell Me U Ate That, If U Ate The Moldy Rotten Crust Ur Bound To Catch Something And Die.

  • @cacamonster91st The crust is the part getting the highest heat during cooking. No danger of death but it's not the best tasting bit either.

  • @BONEKILL666 In Europe they know how to eat. When an old man with 100 years experience tells you thats how you should eat it...you listen. Here in North America people expect everything to look like it just came off a menu board. Gotta be picture perfect? Food is about flavor.
