@leJiNX I would still suggest using the mouth piece. But I suggest putting the gel directly on the teeth instead of putting it on the mouth guard.

when you used these did they have any taste to it? the strips im using are suppose to be minty fresh but they taste rlly bad. i kno ur not supposed to try to eat it or anything, but it just tastes rlly bad. it has like a bleach smell. does your strips have any taste?

@babyboolovee the plus white have a taste but it's only for five minutes, I can deal. I'm now using the Crest 3D vivid and it does also have a taste as well. I recommend the 3D gentle routine one because it's only 5 mins a day if you really can't tolerate the taste.

I thought that my teeth were back to normal in no time, but like I said in the video, we get use to it when it's actually still really white. If you drink lots of dark drinks such as coke or cranberry juice, it might cause it to fade faster. You can take care of it by using whitening toothpaste and gum. Did you order it from sunlabsonline ?!

I tried the whitening strips before, i bought a box, and my teeth we're much whitter... but my teeth came back to to normal in no time... and like i dont smoke or drink coffee... So i didn't re-buy them because it was to expense... Oh ! I'm still waiting on that Sun Labs Self tanning... 16 days now ! lol I can't wait to get it !!!
