I play artistic billiards myself and I know the game. Some shots are not 100% well-played but most of them are realistic and oke. Great work, JimmytheJelly.
Virtual pool is not realistic enough for all the shots because when a ball jumps with a lot of spin and hits the slate it immediately grab the spin (good english?).
Normally the cueball can bounce the table a few times before the spin will take over.

There's no hit n hope man, it's extreme spin knowledge! The vid shows how that works in vp3 and how it's supposed to work in all the other crap pool games out there.
i was going to buy vp3 off ebay, under $10 shipped new. its noot janette lee on cover, but is by celeris. i just go to the site and download the latest version? or would it be better to buy it for download? would that keep me from having to put the disk in everytime i play? thanks
The only way to get the latest version is from the site, since it's not available in stores, ebay etc., those are old versions. So after purchase you will be emailed a genuine serial, required the first time you run the game; there is no disk.
1 more question jim. i see now on their site there are like 100 updates, which i guess you can only do, via the download version. not sure why they don't give all the bugs n fixes to everyone who has purchased the game on cd, but i guess thats how it is. so yes i will spend the extra $15 or so to get all the fixes, and to not have to jack with a cd, everytime i wanna play. they have SWREG option when u purchase the game for about $4, if i save my # do i need that? swerg last only a year? thanks
No you don't need that. You'll always find your serial in the email you receive after purchase, as long as you don't delete it. And the latest update is 3311 version.
