@jamesluc256 im 240 and they hurt for only the first week after that you can block the pain now when i punch someone with them having body protection i pick the guy up off his two feet every time i punch him with either hand you have to remember to also keep your entire arm and back strong and remember to snap that wrist whip it and lead with your core feet hips then arm and you notice on impact you are using your entire body when you are striking at the very instant of impact almost like eletrc

Holy balls those finger pushups HURT. I was able to do about 2 my first time without collapsing. Then I was able to get 8 my second try. *shakes cramped up fingers*
These were great dude, well done. The handstand pushups alone should shut the haters up but unfortunately some like to exercise their fingers instead of their triceps and hide behind a keyboard while talking themselves up.
you need to learn how to do a proper push-up, brah. slow down your pace and go deeper into your push-ups. you're not even going halfway down on your "diamond" push-ups. keep your head up, don't let your back bow, and touch your chest to your hands.
