Nope, most definitely brushless. I know it sounds like it could be brushed, but that's the transmission - it's very "whiney" because of the Mod 1 gears. :-)
Oh ok, makes sense about the gears because one of my friends has a really old nitro car and it sounds like a mix between nitro and electric, because of the spur gear.

The motor mount was my own design which I then got milled from aluminium by a friend of mine, so I'm afraid there isn't a mount available to buy. :-( Having said that, Schumacher should be releasing their E-Havoc sometime soon, which is a brushless, 4WD version of the Havoc...so you might be able to use the mount from that?

Im currently converting my havoc to brushless to use for a long range fpv platform.
Can you advise me on a pinion gear I can use with the standard havoc main gear?
