I am pure tamizhan.It's a blackmark for tamil cinema.

Trend is 5yrs Assistant director = New film director whether he is capable or not.Most of the director in the tamil film industry comes from village or slums,without proper education and technical skills.They will never work professionally.Rarely some film might be hit,then in overnight he will go to the top.But hhey cannot sustain.That's the problem.
