  • I'm a natural 34DD and while these exercises are not impossible for me, we have to remember that breast tissue is mostly fat. More tissue equals more mass, which means that even if I have a strong chest and shoulders, there are still two pockets of fat on the front of my body. Fat is not friends with gravity. Another issue: more breast tissue can get in the way while exercising, limiting motion range.

  • i have sagging breasts...and my boobs have grown recently..prior to this they were perfect..i had allergy on my chest portion for quite...did it happen because of that and the weights that u have used in the video..how much should they weigh....

  • law of gravity has its effect... so the heavier they are... the more force gravity pulls them down... so exercise would help them tighten a bit to prevent further sagging ;)

  • @ANTHMX It's a really rude thing to say it in that way its catagorizing alot of people. So I think you need to learn before you talk many americans dont have the money to go out adn get healtyier foods with teh economy the way it is at the momment, or they work or like Pyeme87 alot of women have children and that adds alot of extra fat and between work and everything glese sometimes it is hard for people to get out and work out you shouldnt judge people

  • honestly, i'd like to see say a woman with 34dd do this exercise. i'd want to see PROOF that a woman with a bigger chest could still lift

  • @MesmerizingGrayEyes The size of your breasts would NOT make a difference in these exercises, it's really about strength and stamina. You'd have to build up to it. I'm larger than the size you mentioned and can do these no problem.

  • I am 34 D not the same but close and I had a great chest but you need to take your time and you know its not that hard. Im 18 tho thats a plus but yeah. Baby oil helps and push ups or at least the pectoral work out

  • @sward96 I would suspect this is like something that you'd notice when you've done it for some years. And I doubt it would lift what has already sagged, but it will prevent excessive future sagging. Maybe.

  • @MesmerizingGrayEyes Of course, a women of 34DD can do this exercise and many more, it just depends on how bad you want the change and are willing to push. I am 38F and with a good sports bra (Freya) I am capable of doing these exercise as most of them can be found in the p90x program.

  • you would only get man muscles and not really even those technically you would be getting however muscles your body can take depending on the amount of fat it has, your body turns fat into muscle depending where you work it out; but you would only get those doing push ups and men work outs; thats why they have the "female" version of push ups for us women

  • @TAiiNA130 Stop spreading lies. Fat NEVER turns into muscle, it's impossible. A woman does not get "man muscles" which I think you meant bulky unless she takes a steroid regimen. Comments like this are why women are afraid to lift weights when in reality it's a great way to tone up.

  • @TAiiNA130 women usually get toned as opposed to bulky "man muscles". Which creates a strong but more flexible and lean body. Unless you need a lot of velocity for some reason, it really is more useful to be more toned than bulky for both genders.

  • there's no way that a woman will get man muscles in the arms(except if she's taking steroids) Men have lot's of testosterone which makes us bigger & women have a tiny drop of it,so don't worry about looking like the hulk. Hope this helps

  • @funkman70 well not only if she takes steroids. She can achieve that if she wishes by doing certain things in both exercise and diet. Though it would take a specified workout and she would be aware that she was working toward bulkiness. It would be very rare to achieve it spontaneously. Lifting weights is great for everyone, even with social standards of image for men and women.

  • Thank you for posting this but I had a curious question: how much weight should I be using for the flys and push ups? Is 5-10lbs okay? Higher? Lower?

  • the weight should be difficult to lift at the very last repetition of a set. Varies from person to person. Keep going up. Nothing but good things are gonna happen :)

  • @Lianasfiction i use a 5 pound weight, u go high enough that u think ur flying and low enogh u think ur @ the bottom of the ocean,  ☺☼☻ GOT IT?☺☼☻

  • @Lianasfiction u start with 5 pnds then when u hit plateau you upgrade to 10 pds dont forget also to increase the reps!

  • @Lianasfiction Never be afraid of weight. Lift the weight you can for 10 to 12 reps in such a way that the last 2 or 3 feel very hard (almost that you wont be able to do one more).

  • @Lianasfiction Start with what she is useing in the video. if you feel you need more resistance, bump it up. But Ladies, this is come from a guy. dont over do it. unless in extreme cases.Have ever seen female body builders? they usually have no breast mass. thats because muscles break down fat to replace its energy supply quickly. and it draws from the closest source. in this case the breast itself. so too much exercise will decrease the size. unless you have 34dd and would kinda want to.
