You're missing the Tabloid in Batten Down the Hatches. It's right after you fight the Serapede. At least, I think you're missing it. I apologize if I just didn't see it.

Well I tried finding the last one on my own by continuing on but no luck at all. Though I did find two others, a collectable and cog tag so thats kind of a bonus. update the description with where to find the last collectable in this video asap thanks alot! :)
